St. Patrick's Day Coloring Play-date!

How to Host a Coloring Play-date!

If your kiddos are like my daughter, then coloring is where it's at!
Miss Talula loves, loves, loves to color!  So that is exactly the activity I chose for her play-date.  And since it's almost St. Patrick's Day... what better theme to go along with it?!

Coloring is one of the simplest of activities to prepare for.  Just run off a few adorable coloring pages and buy a few packs of crayons and that's pretty much it.  But as simple as it is , the kids seem to be entertained for hours!

The decor was pretty simple to put together.  I used my daughter's cute little white table and chairs,  placed it in front of a white backdrop and hung the most darling tissue tassel garland from Glamfete.  It added just the right amount pizzazz! I dressed everything up with some cute sparkly large and small shamrocks from target's dollarspot, of course!
I kept the treats simple too and just served some cute rainbow sprinkled cupcakes along with some "green" milk for fun! The kiddos thought is was great!  Those darling drink containers with screw on lids from TomKat Studio are perfect for the littles to hold without spills!

And lastly, the favor.  I always have to have a cute favor to complement each party and these certainly did!
They were the cutest little mason jars filled with rainbow sugar coated candy strips sitting on a cloud of mini marshmallows.  They were finished off with some Baker's twine and the most darling little tag that read " Jar O'rainbows".  How sweet is that!

Now, take a look at the rest of the cute party pics below.....

Thanks for stopping by!
