Boho Bunny Celebration

It's a Boho Bunny Easter Celebration!

The first signs of Spring are in the air and that means that Easter is right around the corner! When I think of Springtime and Easter, color and fun are the first things that come to mind.  The inspiration for this little party came from the colorfully patterned table runner I had acquired in my travels.  I thought, . . . how fun a Boho chic party loaded with bright colors and cuteness galore would be for Easter!

Let's start with the adorable invitation!  Definitely one of my favorite elements of a party!
And this one had all the Boho vibes with its soft muted tones paired with just a pop of brightness!

Next, let's talk about that darling backdrop!  Loved mixing so many different elements and
textures with this one.  I do love a hoop and adored with balloons, vines, yarn and some
golden sparkle, you can't go wrong with that combo!

I do have to say, I am a bit obsessed with low tables paired with a collection of warm
and fuzzy pillows for seating.  I think it creates a cozy chic look, and the littles always love it!

The tabletop look was created from a collection of vendors.  The lovely coral plates,
fun striped napkins and poppin blue silverware was from Target, cutest bunny plates ever from Meri Meri and pale pink glasses were from my personal collection.

Let's talk about my favorite element of the tabletop, . . . the sweet cookie place holder!
I know for me, a yummy sugar cookie for a place holder is always a winner!

For this particular celebration, I decided to display the desserts right down the center of the table!  This made for an impressive tablescape, adding texture and dimension by using different sizes and heights of cake plates and sprinkling mini floral arrangements throughout.
The bunny cake was definitely the centerpiece of the design.  Such a simple concept that can be used for a cake as well as cupcakes.  Simply create bunny ears using gold pipe cleaners and insert them into the top of your cake!  Very little effort for ALL the cuteness!
The kiddos also indulged in yummy macrons, delicious floral sugar cookies, cutest little
PEEP pops and darling little cupcakes!

I literally use these cake plates from Amalfi Decor for so many of my celebrations.  They are
so versatile with the ribbon feature around the edge.  You can match them to any color palette
by simply changing out the ribbon! Easy peasy!

Let's talk activities!
I love having either games, crafts, some sort of activity . . . or all three at a party!
For this celebration I went for an activity / favor combo! Love when things double up! lol
I set up a darling little "Make your own BOHO Munch station".  It was definitely a hit!

Here's what you'll need  :
  • Clear plastic containers with white lid
  • Orange and white Baker’s twine
  • Cute “Boho Munch” tags
  • Blue treat containers
  • Mini candy scoops
  • Pretzels
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Pastel candy corns
  • Pastel Cadbury eggs or pastel M&M’s
  1. Separate all the treats into the blue treat containers and put a little scoop in each
  2. Pre-fill each container with a little bit artificial grass.
  3. Let the kiddos create their own Boho Munch! When they are done, close their containers and using the Bakers twine tie on the cute little “Boho Munch” tag and place into their party bag to take home!

Last but not least, . . . every party needs some cute little party guests!
These two besties are some of the cutest!

Hope you loved this hoppin little celebration as much as we did!
