Bunny Bash

Welcome friends!
Thanks for joining us for our Easter Blog Hop!  I'm so glad you decided to hop over!
Springtime is here, and that means loads of gorgeous Springtime and Easter party ideas.  I've teamed up with 10 super talented ladies to bring you just that... loads of fun Easter inspiration!

If you're hopping over from Elva M Design Studio's Carrot Patch Easter Table, then welcome!  I'm quite sure you loved all her amazing tablescape ideas!

Now let's get hoppin with my super fun Bunny Bash!

My inspiration for this party came when I found the most adorable glittery orange carrot favor boxes from Paperlove at Homegoods.  And what goes hand in hand with carrots.....bunnies, of course! The color palette I decided on was lilac, mint, white and gold with pops of grass green and orange. I then designed a darling invite, some favor tags and a cute little sign to match!

My daughter just loves when I decorate her little table and chairs set for mini celebrations such as this one.  She couldn't wait for the Bunny Bash to begin!

The decorations were fairly simple.  I used a charming white desk for the dessert table and hung a darling tissue tassel garland from Glamfete above and attached a cluster of balloons on each side.  I then topped the dessert table and party table with little grass mats that looked like real grass! Lastly,  I hung a darling "Bunny Bash" sign with some mint velvet ribbon from one of the drawer knobs.

I used a variety of different heights and sizes for the dessert table plates and added some cute porcelain bunnies {$3 at Target's dollarspot} to complete the look. For the desserts, I made Bunny "Peep" Pops, yummy vanilla cupcakes with a marshmallow frosting and  white chocolate dipped strawberries. Now, usually I make the cake as well, but this time I decided to save myself some time. I was able to find a simple cake at my local bakery and just added all the super fun decorations!

For the party table, I topped it with the same grass mats as the dessert table and added a beautiful vase of purple and white tulips.  For the place settings, I found the sweetest paper plate and cup set at IKEA. layered the plate with a cute little egg shaped plate and topped it with the finishing touch, which was of course that sweet little carrot favor that inspired the whole party!

Finally, a party wouldn't be complete without a fun little activity.  I had the little guests decorate some color and fill "Scribble Eggs" from Crayola. It was super easy and the kiddos loved it!

This was such a fun party to style!  I hope this party inspires you to throw your own Easter celebration!
